Chocolate chip cookie recipe?

Im looking for a chocolate chip cookie recipe that makes a nice sweet smelling aromatic cookie with a nice crunch to it, but isn't to sweet. And how do you bake it so that its golden brown all the way through not dark brown because it gets to bitter and hard but when its white, its to soft and chewy and doesn't smell so good. Also its not going to have to many chocolate chips per cookie
