Does anyone know how to heal a rash lip?

So, I bought the Soft Lips Pearl and only used it a couple of times and my lips started to get itchy. Days passed and my lips started getting rash. It's almost been a week and I apply my MAC lip conditioner whenever it would feel dry. It helped before when I used Chapstick and got rash. I just want to know how it might heal a little faster.
