Piercing Pagoda earring stuck?

I'm ready to change my cartilage earrings that I got done and Piercing Pagoda, but no matter how hard I pull, twist or tug on them, the won't come off! Even my friend tried cause I thought maybe I was at an awkward angle and couldn't get it off. But it won't come off and I'm starting to panic!! Please any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'll try prettymuch anything at this point.
