1. Chocolate is a delicious desert that few of us know of its origins but have loved it for over a 1000 years. The Mayans and Aztecs first made chocolate; by crushing cacao seeds and adding spices. Then they would add ho water known as Chocolatl. It was served to Emperor Montezuma who drank 50 cups of it. Chocolatl was thought to be healthy and was treated like a drink of the gods.
