What to get my boyfriend for Valentine's Day?

By the time Valentine's Day comes around we will only have been dating for a month, but we were friends for a few weeks before. I don't know what I should get him! He's 16 and I'm 14. I was thinking maybe a cute little teddy bear with a box of chocolates or a hat or something. I know he's getting me something, but I have no clue what it is. I don't want my gift to be over the top, but I want it to look like I put some thought into it. Any ideas?
